Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hillside Motorsports ("we", "us", "our") and Elko Motocross Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

Membership

Our memberships are aligned with the objectives of the non-profit organization Elko Motocross Club. All membership purchases go toward supporting this non-profit. All memberships are subject to approval and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please note that all membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We highly recommend that you read our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property is the sole property of Hillside Motorsports and Elko Motocross Club. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hillside Motorsports and Elko Motocross Club operate.
